Each morning, supplier trucks arrive and the warehouse unloads appliances. Around 65 outbound trucks are prepared, each serving roughly ten homes — every truck needing the right appliances for the right addresses, sequenced so crews aren't crossing the same areas twice. The existing routing software produces rough routes that a team of six then corrects by hand. Inventory intake, supplier paperwork, installation tracking, proof collection and receivables all still depend on manual effort.

Ingest inbound supplier inventory lists, verify received appliances, and match them to scheduled builder installations. Flag missing, duplicated, damaged or unallocated items — and show which jobs are ready for a truck.
Truck load building & route prep
The headline workflow. Structure addresses, job requirements, appliance availability, truck capacity, crew assignment and loading order — then suggest truck loads and route groupings for a dispatcher to review. Road-aware routing via mapping APIs comes in a later phase; dispatchers stay in control throughout.
Crew completion & proof capture
Field teams get a simple, role-specific view: today's stops, an address-level appliance checklist, site instructions and proof requirements. Completions and exceptions become live operational data — not phone calls and paper notes.
Proof, billing & receivables
